Zuplay Rummy (Fun Game with Virtual Chips)

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Zuplay Rummy mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Zuplay Rummy ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.

 

1. Nature of the Game

   Zuplay Rummy is a purely skill-based, casual card game played with virtual chips. No real money is involved at any stage of the game. The platform does not offer cash prizes, real-money betting, or any form of gambling.

 

2. Eligibility

   You must be 18 years or older to use the app. By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

 

3. User Account

 

* To play, you must register and create an account.

* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

* You may not transfer your account to another person.

* We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

4. Virtual Chips

 

* All chips earned, purchased, or given as bonuses in the app are purely virtual and carry no real-world monetary value.

* Chips cannot be exchanged, sold, or converted into cash or other rewards.

* We may modify the chip system at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Fair Play and Conduct

 

* Players are expected to play fairly and respectfully.

* The use of bots, cheats, or any software to manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited.

* We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users for any unfair behavior or policy violations.

 

6. App Updates and Availability

   We may update, modify, or discontinue features without notice. While we strive for smooth gameplay, we do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.

 

7. Privacy

   Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.

 

8. Intellectual Property

   All content on the Platform including logos, designs, game assets, and text is owned by or licensed to Zuplay Rummy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our content without permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

   We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, in-app chip loss, or account suspension.

 

10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

 

11. Account Deactivation or Deletion

    You may request to deactivate or delete your account at any time via the app or by writing to [support@zuplayrummy.com](mailto:support@zuplayrummy.com). On deletion, all your data, including chips and progress, will be removed.

 

12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.
